Terms and Conditions Festive Sale 2025

1. Promotion Overview
1.1 This promotional offer (“Promotion”) is organised by InnerSpaces Self Storage Ltd., whose trading address is InnerSpaces Self Storage, Readers Business Park, 79 Place Road, Cowes, Isle of Wight, PO31 7AE (“InnerSpaces”).
1.2 The Promotion offers a 50% discount on storage fees for the first two 4-weekly billing periods for new customers who sign up during the Promotion period. Customers who remain with InnerSpaces into the new year will also receive Extended Hours Access at no additional cost.

2. Eligibility
2.1 The Promotion is open only to new customers who do not currently hold an active storage contract with InnerSpaces.
2.2 Existing customers or any customers who cancel and re-book during the Promotion period are ineligible for this offer.
2.3 The Promotion is available exclusively to customers who sign a new storage agreement between 08:30 on 5th November 2025 and 17:00 on 24th December 2025.

3. Promotion Details
3.1 The Promotion provides a 50% discount on fees for the first two consecutive 4-weekly billing periods. The discount will be automatically applied to qualifying invoices.
3.2 The discount applies to storage fees, protection, extended access (beyond that granted under this Promotion), equipment rental (e.g., racking). It does not apply to other merchandise.
3.3 After the discounted billing periods, standard pricing will apply as per the customer’s storage agreement.
3.4 Customers who continue their storage beyond 1st January 2026 will automatically receive Extended Hours Access at no additional cost for the duration of their ongoing agreement (or until further notice).
3.5 This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, including long-term discounts (5%, 10%) or partner discounts.

4. Promotion Duration and Access
4.1 The Promotion begins at 08:30 on 5th November 2025 and ends at 17:00 on 24th December 2025. Any storage agreement initiated outside these dates will not qualify.
4.2 Customers may access the Promotion by calling InnerSpaces on 01983 209090, enquiring via the InnerSpaces website, or visiting the premises during the Promotion period.
4.3 The Promotion will run continuously during this period, subject to unit availability.

5. Limitations and Exclusions
5.1 InnerSpaces reserves the right to verify eligibility and may decline to apply the Promotion if it reasonably believes that a customer has breached these Terms and Conditions.
5.2 The Promotion is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
5.3 InnerSpaces reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend the Promotion at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the InnerSpaces website or directly at the premises.

6. Liability
6.1 InnerSpaces accepts no responsibility for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from delay, interruption, or inability to offer the Promotion due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit InnerSpaces’ liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
