I have had a storage unit at Inner Spaces for many years. It is a great place to keep your things because its indoors, access when you want, always clean and the staff are very helpful. Would recommend it to anyone.

We are extremely happy with the service received from the team at InnerSpaces Self Storage in Cowes. They are always very helpful friendly and efficient, not to mention professional at all times. The storage units are very secure and clean and I would strongly recommended them to anyone needing extra storage space, in fact I have recommended them to various people already.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional service from Paul and the team.
After a my 24 hour email delay caused a bit of confusion and a bit of small print concern found , Paul at Innerspaces Cowes stepped in. They quickly processed my refund and went above and beyond by providing the technical message headers I needed to track the lag.
They were professional , supportive and proactive in sharing insights to help me investigate my hacked accounts. Top tier storage and genuine, top level customer care
Thank you very much. The Island thrives with companies doing such professional deligence

Have used this company for storage twice now and would recommend. All the office staff are really friendly and helpful and they were especially great when I had a complicated situation involving the transfer of a unit to another person. Convenient location, never any problem to park either. Recommended.

Very lovely and efficient people. I need packing tape and had previously bought some from Inner Space and it was top quality. I am now on the mainland but after contacting them they are sending some to me. I know it will do the job superbly. Many thanks.

Have a unit with this company and must make special mention of Paula at Inner Spaces who came in early to allow us access ensuring we made a time critical ferry crossing saving us from incurring financial penalties on a vehicle rental. Even offered us tea when she arrived. First class service

First class service. Friendly professional staff answered the phone promptly and provided all the information I needed to make a choice after which a small (returnable) deposit taken over the phone secured the unit I required. Thoroughly recommended.

I have been using this facility for many years and have always found the people who own it or work here very helpful, courteous and professional. It is always clean and there is a good variety of storage size options. I have no hesitation in recommending it for anyone who wants to store items here for a short or long period of time.

Absolutely delighted with the facilities provided by Innerspaces. It was so easy to organise, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I have needed to temporarily store some household belongings and personal items pending my move, and it couldn't have been easier. The units are extremely clean and access to your belongings is possible at practically anytime you wish, as often as required. In addition, they promote the services of DS Van Services who I used, and I have to say they were brilliant and very competitively priced as well. As a result of my profession, I network with Island Businesses and am constantly in contact with people across the Island. I will most certainly be recommending the facilities provided by this company.

My office was full of papers and old files and was getting more and more difficult to work in and to find things I needed. Now I have got everything organised in a unit at Innerspaces Self Storage I am able to find the things I need and have full use of my office once more. They were even able to supply me with racking for my archive boxes.

The level of service I have received at Innerspaces has been exemplary. Being a professional artist and illustrator, it was important that my valuable paintings were stored in a dry and secure location, before they were hung in the children's ward at St Mary's Hospital. Have recommended to friends and family! Caroline Whittle.
